Specific to this project the clients' main goal was to stand out from the crowd and stand out on the shelf -- our process started by presenting KLONE with a variety of box options we've designed for other brands in the past. Once they select the box type (a sleek box with a button closure and tray insert) our design team went to work to create a flashy matte black with silver foil seed package. To carefully hold the seeds, the interior of each box contains a specifically designed EVA foam cushioned to hold a vial of @klonecolorado genetics and a custom KLONE Colorado hat pin. Our clients' main goal for this packaging project was to develop an updated look, sleek and clean packaging, better functioning sliding box to house their high-end cannabis seeds. Because @reallycannarado uses a specific type of tamper-evident label on their boxes we took special care to design a box so that their strain label could be viewed easily from all surfaces of the packaging. As a result of developing one uniform seedbox we are able to cut costs significantly for our client by using the same box for all their genetics that they offer. While still utilizing their tamper-evident label to display strain descriptions, cross information and other pertinent seed information. Each gloss finished Cannarado sliding box contains a custom EVA foam cushion to protect and hold the cannabis seeds in place. As the cannabis packaging regulations continue to fluctuate from state to state, we set out to design and manufacture our own line of containers that meet and exceed the packaging and recycling requirements everywhere! We use BPA-Free Polypropylene Plastic #5, or PP5, for our line of pop top containers. Today, this type of plastic is accepted by nearly all recycling services. Most city single-stream recycling services will accept used cannabis pop top containers as long as they are clean, dry and display one of the acceptable recycling codes, like PP5. #recycling #gogreen💚 #recycled #fullscalerecycling
